If traveling west on I-10, take the north exit on Williams Boulevard (towards the lake/casino).

At West Esplanade, take a left (note: there are 2 turning lanes here – need to be in the right hand left turn lane) and turn right on Florida Avenue (the very first street after the Shell gas station and Smitty’s Seafood restaurant).
